Is Making Great Conversation an Inherited Trait or a Skill You Cultivate?
Some people just seem to have “the gift of gab” making the notion of small talk, effortless indeed. Meanwhile, others seem too never know quite what to say in any given situation, relying on one-word responses that are conversation killers. When studying this dilemma, two things come to the forefront. Why are some people gifted in creating small talk and putting their conversation partner at ease while others are painfully inept at this concept? Also, is this skill and lack of skill, inherent, or is it a skill that can be cultivated and perfected?
To the second question I respond, “Both.”
For as far back as mankind has been communicating, we know that the lack of communication or the inefficiencies in communication have always been barriers to effective communication. What’s interesting is, after all of these years, as our societies have developed we now have more forms of media with which to convey our thoughts and ideas than ever before in the history of mankind. However, I would propose that effective communication has suffered. Perhaps, we have too much to say today. But, yet, even in this world of “miscommunication”, there are those who transcend and are able to effectively communicate with others. What is their secret and can it be developed by others, the less fortunate, the “effective communication” challenged?
We know that the effortless communicators did not develop their skills while attending mandatory public schools in the United States. Never before has such an important concept (i.e. effective communication) been so neglected in our public education. Nevertheless, these “more than small talk” makers consistently excel and develop contacts, network lists and grow businesses all out of their skills in effective communication. But, it had nothing to do with what was learned at school. However, most of the great communicators had one big thing on their side—Mama and Daddy. Most effective communicators grew up understanding that as a people, we are in this thing together. So, you have to build relationships. Mama and Daddy did it and junior watched the process and subliminally absorbed the process. Junior was in effect, indoctrinated into this process.
So, where does that leave us, the small talk goofs, whose parents, were more reserved, perhaps even shy and did not see the benefits in social networking? Does that mean we have no hope in growing into effective communicators?
Not at all.
In fact, I’ve listed below 10 ideas and suggestions for developing your small talk skills:
· Don’t bring up the subjects of politics or religion, unless you’re into the melee scene. · Hit the thesaurus daily. Take a couple of minutes each day for a month and think of some of the more mundane
words you use each day and use the thesaurus to replace these words in your everyday language. I’m telling you, the difference between an average vocabulary and an impressive vocabulary is only about 50-75 words. Hint: don’t go overboard, you don’t want to overwhelm or turn-off your conversation partner. · Don’t make fun of others. Conversation giants don’t gloat over the gaffes of others, we’re not in middle school anymore. · Constantly do new things in your life. This can be something as simple as taking a new route home from work once a week. What does this do? It gives you a new perspective on things and it helps build your creativity. · Smile. But not too quickly or too much. Universally, the smile is the number one communication expression of the human race. It transcends languages which is a true testament to its’ power and effectiveness. Used too quickly or too often and it certainly loses its allure. · Be positive. Negative small talk or just negative conversation at any level is a big DRAG!! Negativity is the quickest way to earn a “poo-poo” reputation. · Stay away from cliches. I suppose one might be ok in certain circumstances but cliches are often used and used and used. Plus, everybody has heard them and you want to be interesting. · Keep a journal. How boring you say? The reason why you would want to keep a journal is to write down interesting stories and events that have taken place in your life. Re-visit the journal every couple of days and you’ll be amazed at the stories captured in the journal. These stories make for great and effortless small talk. · Get out and talk to all kinds of people. I realize that for some shyness may very well be one of the limiting factors. But you’ve got to start sometime. Plus, talking with various people will help you gain a new perspective on the thoughts and mental processes of others. · Build others up. For the love of Pete, don’t talk about yourself ad nauseum. Prod others into talking about themselves, you’ll be surprised at how much people love doing this and the great thing is, you just have to listen. And you’re a “Giant” in their eyes.
These are just a few of hundreds of exercises you can do to develop your conversation skills. Remember, effective communication and effortless small talk are both skills that can be developed, honed and sharpened in order to mold us into excellent communicators.

5 Ways To Succeed With Any Exercise Program
Exercise programs don’t “fail” and neither do the people who try them. What happens, however, is that many people don’t understand what it takes for them to be successful with any exercise program.
The five main reasons that most people are not successful with their exercise program are these:
1. They try to do much too soon.
2. They have inaccurate or inappropriate expectations.
3. They get bored.
4. They lose their motivation.
5. They quit too soon.
Since these are the main reasons that many exercise programs don’t seem to do the job, then addressing them may make us more successful with the exercise side of our fitness and weight loss plans. So, let’s take a look at each in turn and see if we can figure out what to do.
The dangers of overdoing exercise.
A factor that figures into all five issues is simply ignorance. I don’t mean that as an insult, it’s just that people go out and buy a piece of equipment or a Richard Simmons DVD and jump in with both feet. Even if they read the directions, those are normally written from the viewpoint of “this is what you should be doing” rather than “this is how you get to the point where you can do what you should be doing”. Since most people don’t really know much about exercise or how it works, and I was once one of those people, they tend to make a lot of mistakes, even though they have the best of intentions.
One of these mistakes is to try to do too much too soon.
Let’s say your new barbell set says, that for maximum effect, you should be able to three sets of ten reps a certain exercise with the weight set at one-fourth of your body weight. So, you figure you weigh 160 lbs, set the bar at 40 lbs, and do ten reps. You’re a little winded. It was a bit hard, but you were able to do it. You rest a minute, and try again. It’s harder, but you’re still able to get through it. You take another short rest and do the third set. Wow! You had to squeeze out the last couple of reps, but you did it! You feel good. You’ve got what it takes, and you can’t wait until the next exercise day.
What has happened is that you have produced a large amount of damage to muscle tissue that your body will now have to spend the next couple of days fixing. Since you are out of shape (even if you were able to do all three sets), your body is going to have a hard time getting that work done. I can tell you that this is certainly going to impact almost every physical, emotional, and mental event or episode in your life over the next several hours or even days.
The next day, what happens? You hurt like hell! That’s what happens. Even if you can convince yourself that this is a good sign, continuing on in this manner will eventually either produce a real injury, or will set you up mentally and physically to begin wanting to avoid your workouts, whether you are doing aerobics, lifting weights, running, swimming, bicycling, or working in your garden.
Cellular Phones and the Benefit of SMS Messaging
In the modern era, cellular phones are seen almost as a necessity rather than an accessory. The features of modern cellular continues to grow with almost every model but one of the most popular features with all age groups is that of text messaging. The convenience and cost effectiveness of text messaging appeals to all and, as a result of its popularity, the cellular phone networks have been taking advantage of this.
This SMS culture is sweeping the world not just individual countries. It is these 160 characters that could be sent and received from one cellular phone to another which makes the world seem smaller these days. Text messaging keep family ties firm, cross distances, save friendships, deliver emergencies, campaign information… and the list goes on.
People with a disability find the benefits of text messaging particularly valuable. It enables them to participate in social networks that are otherwise difficult to access. Some debate that text messaging has negative effects such as the erroneous spelling used in this form of communication. This form of spelling is simply to save characters in order to remain within the 160 character limit. Regardless of this, the positive effects are undeniable.
Imagine the life of a person who is deaf. In ‘normal’ conversation, this person is limited and generally has to rely on others to let them know what is happening. Text messaging, however, is a form of communication that can be accessible to everyone. They are able to be like the common people when it comes to communicating with the people they want to keep in touch with. This gives deaf people the ability to be free and independent and removes the linguistic and geographic barriers.
With these reasons, SMS appears to be a very beneficial innovation in these modern times. We just hope that it will not be use for abusive practices that may be a threat to the world. These benefits are things we must be thankful for. However, there are also some points to be mindful of.
For instance, cellular phones are media for identity theft. This is due to “scanning” whereby third parties in the local area could intercept and eavesdrop in on calls. Another point is that Analogue phones could also be listened to on some radio scanners. This must be a warning to all cellular phone users; we have to be very careful in our use of our cellular phones. We could enjoy all the services these innovations offer but we have to see to it that we protect ourselves from untoward outcomes as well.
With man’s power of the mind, innovative ideas turn out to be solutions that lead to a better, more convenient life. We do not have to run miles at all, wait for weeks, venture on messages in bottles, we have the messages right on our fingertips. In the future, SMS would grow into a more complex level but let us keep its objectives neat and realistic. We live in a fast paced world which is constantly evolving but we still want to be able to keep up.
Hot Tub bathing in Roman Times & Today
What benefits can a Hot Tub provide in today’s modern society for stress relief? One has only to go back to Roman times and note that of all the various leisure options available that bathing in hot water often using naturally heated water was one of the most important.
Clearly the Romans new that the beneficial effects of the water was helpful to their general well being. The activity of bathing was a daily activity for all classes of men and indeed many women. Bathing today is considered to be a private activity usually carried out in the home but bathing in Rome was very much a communal activity carried out usually in public baths. One had only to look at the Roman Baths that survive to see that in many ways they resemble the modern health spas although one imagines and hopes that they were less expensive.
The acceptance of bathing as the main event in daily life belongs to the Roman way of doing things and at the height of the Roman Empire, the thermal baths embodied the ideal Roman way of urban life.
Many wealthy Romans were able to have their very own bath house in their town house or more often in their country villas, heating various rooms or perhaps even an independent building solely for this purpose, even so these wealthy Romans would often attend the various public facilities in the towns and cities that existed throughout the Empire. Small bathhouses, which might have been privately owned, were often public as they were open to the public for a fee which was usually quite reasonable. The large baths, were owned by the state and often covered the equivalent today of several city blocks. Fees for both types of baths were quite reasonable, and within the budget of most free Roman males. Since the Roman workday began at sunrise, work was usually over at little after noon. About 2:00-3:00 pm, men would go to the baths and plan to stay for several hours of sport, bathing, and conversation, after which they would be ready for a relaxing dinner. Today whilst you cannot go and enjoy a roman bath you can still get a similar effect by Hydro therapy from a Hot Tub or Jacuzzi Style Spa.
The combination of warm soothing water combined with massage and buoyancy delivers a sensation that not only relaxes the mind and body, but also helps to heal and soothe. With an increased number of jets strategically placed in the Hot Tub for maximum benefit, each & every Hot Tub offers a supreme therapeutic support in your very own setting. The Spa treatment Increases blood flow and aids circulation, reducing & relieving muscle strain, soreness, pressure and tension throughout your body. Clearly something that the Romans were very well aware of. Calculated buoyancy (and a corresponding feeling of weightlessness) blends perfectly with swirling warm water to deliver a pleasant relaxing soak with healing properties. In fact, you’ll feel noticeably better in just 20 minutes using a modern Jacuzzi Style Spa & Hot Tubs. Hydrotherapy can and does help. Not only do the warm , bubbling waters melt away tension and strain, but they also provide a gentle and effective massage – targeting your joints and muscles, helping you to a better night’s sleep and helping to relieve the pain of arthritis and other muscle-related injuries. Safe, enjoyable and effective for the whole family, hydrotherapy and the health benefits of a Jacuzzi Style Hot Tub will help everyone enjoy an active lifestyle. To sustain an active lifestyle you need to take extra care of yourself. Exercising , being careful as to what you eat and getting a good night’s sleep are only part of the equation. The use of a Jacuzzi style Hot Tub & Spa will enable your muscles to relax and get some respite which is one of the keys to enjoying and sustaining physical activity.
Learning To Read: Do you know how to raise a reader?
How do children learn to read? How do you raise your child to be a reader?
The process of learning to read is a mystery to most parents. We can read but have few (if any) memories of how we learned to read. We know learning to read is one of the most important steps are young children will take toward success in school and life. We want to help but we don’t know how. There are five simple ways you can help make your child a reader and you can start with young toddlers or use these techniques with preschoolers. In fact, these skills can also be used to support school age children who are learning to read.
One important way you can teach your child that reading is important is to model reading. Show your child that you value reading by experiencing printed material whether it is books, magazines or newspapers. Children often imitate their parents so you certainly want to show them (as well as tell them) that reading is important and fun.
Probably the most important step in helping your child become a reader is by reading to your child every day. You should make reading to your child a part of your regular daily routine but also include spontaneous opportunities as well. Not only will these moments draw you closer to your child and provide lasting memories but you are also giving your child benefits that will impact their entire life.
Exploit your child’s interests to create an interest in books. If your child is interested in horses or dinosaurs then check books on those topics out of the library or buy them for the child’s personal library. Make sure the books have lots of pictures and be willing to read them over again.
Have fun with words and books. Many children’s books are written (and illustrated) to tickle a child’s funny bone. Exploit those and seek out funny songs and poems as well for more word play. While learning to read is serious business that does not exclude fun from the process. The more fun your child has with reading and books then the more eager they will be to learn to read.
Finally, show your child that books contain useful and interesting information. When your child asks a question about the world then use that question as the focus for your next library visit and look up a book about Pueblo Indians or fruit bats or whatever.
You can help your child learn to read by modeling reading, reading to your child, exploiting your child’s interests, having fun with words, and showing that books contain answers.

How to Map Your Life
Success is more than economic gains, titles, and degrees. Planning for success is about mapping out all the aspects of your life. When considering how to map your life, as with any hiking excursion, you need to define the following details: origin, destination, vehicle, backpack, landmarks, and route.
Origin: Who you are
A life map has a starting point. Your origin is who you are right now. Most people when asked to introduce themselves would say, “Hi, I’m Jean and I am a 17-year old, senior high school student.” It does not tell you about who Jean is; it only tells you her present preoccupation. To gain insights about yourself, you need to look closely at your beliefs, values, and principles aside from your economic, professional, cultural, and civil status.
Moreover, you can also reflect on your experiences to give you insights on your good and not-so-good traits, skills, knowledge, strengths, and weaknesses. Upon introspection, Jean realized that she was highly motivated, generous, service-oriented, but impatient. Her inclination was in the biological-medical field. Furthermore, she believed that life must serve a purpose, and that wars were destructive to human dignity.
Destination: A vision of who you want to be
“Who do I want to be?” This is your vision. Now it is important that you know yourself so that you would have a clearer idea of who you want to be; and the things you want to change whether they are attitudes, habits, or points of view. If you hardly know yourself, then your vision and targets for the future would also be unclear.
Your destination should cover all aspects of your being: the physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual. Continuing Jean’s story, after she defined her beliefs, values, and principles in life, she decided that she wanted to have a life dedicated in serving her fellowmen. The exact same criteria is needed for a person wanting to plan for wealth. Without addressing all aspects of your being, reaching your destination will become more complex.
Vehicle: Your mission
A vehicle is the means by which you can reach your destination. It can be analogized to your mission or vocation in life. To a great extent, your mission would depend on what you know about yourself.
Based on Jean’s self-assessment, she decided that she was suited to become a doctor, and that she wanted to become one. Her chosen vocation was a medical doctor. Describing her vision-mission fully: it was to live a life dedicated to serving her fellowmen as a doctor in conflict areas.
Travel Bag: Your knowledge, skills, and attitude
Food, drinks, medicines, and other traveling necessities are contained in a bag. Applying this concept to your life map, you also bring with you certain knowledge, skills, and attitudes. These determine your competence and help you in attaining your vision. Given such, there is a need for you to assess what knowledge, skills, and attitudes you have at present and what you need to gain along the way.
This two-fold assessment will give you insights on your landmarks or measures of success. Jean realized that she needed to gain professional knowledge and skills on medicine so that she could become a doctor. She knew that she was a bit impatient with people so she realized that this was something she wanted to change.
Landmarks and Route: Smart objectives
Landmarks confirm if you are on the right track while the route determines the travel time. Thus, in planning out your life, you also need to have landmarks and a route. These landmarks are your measures of success.
These measures must be specific, measurable, attainable, realistic, and time bound. Thus you cannot set two major landmarks such as earning a master’s degree and a doctorate degree within a period of three years, since the minimum number of years to complete a master’s degree is two years.
Going back to Jean as an example, she identified the following landmarks in her life map: completing a bachelor’s degree in biology by the age of 21; completing medicine by the age of 27; earning her specialization in infectious diseases by the age of 30; getting deployed in local public hospitals of their town by the age of 32; and serving as doctor in war-torn areas by the age of 35.
Anticipate Turns, Detours, and Potholes
The purpose of your life map is to minimize hasty and spur-of-the-moment decisions that can make you lose your way. But oftentimes our plans are modified along the way due to some inconveniences, delays, and other situations beyond our control. Like in any path, there are turns, detours, and potholes; thus we must anticipate them and adjust accordingly.
Pilates For Weight Loss And A Healthier Body
Pilates For Weight Loss
Before you begin reading this article, please bear in mind that the creator of Pilates methods did not originally intend for Pilates to be something just used to lose weight. Its intention is to build core strength and muscle tone. You will also be able to keep in good shape performing Pilates exercises providing you are also following a sound diet regime.
Joseph Pilates introduced the methods to America in the 1920′s and it has now become hugely popular around the world. Pilates is a low intensity way to work out. This is confusing to some people as they don’t quite ‘get it’ how you can have such a program that also allows you to lose weight. As long as you are moving and working your body, you don’t need to use heavy resistance or overly strenuous apparatus in order to lose weight. Maintaing a good Pilates exercise regime and a healthy diet will ensure you lose the extra pounds. It’s also nice to know that going to exercise won’t be something you dread as much as having your teeth pulled at your local dentists.
Going to the gym and enjoy it by taking a Pilates class. You will learn how to properly stretch your muscles and get rid of that excess flab. After a while you will start to notice changes in your physical appearance as well.
There are a multitude of reasons why devotees use Pilates for the purpose of achieving weight loss. You won’t just lose the weight though, you’ll also feel healthier as well.
Your balance and posture will improve. You will even notice that you may have sharper mental acuity.
Famous celebrities have latched on to the Pilates methods to tone and get rid of the excess fat. However, for best results you should really practice it daily or almost daily.
Having a good diet will also give you the energy you will need to maintain this kind of regular routine.
If you want to train from home, get hold of some Pilates exercise equipment and some instructional dvd’s for the exercises. Keep an eye on that diet and you will soon be at the weight you wish to achieve.
Smart Exercise Is Less Exercise!
You’re more likely to succeed in fitness and weight loss if you keep it short and sweet instead of long and tedious, and there is a lot of evidence to support this theory.
To get results from exercise, intensity and frequency are more important than duration. In fact, intensity and duration are inversly related. So keep it short and intense and see the results increase exponentially. Short workouts are also an ideal solution in a time-bound society where every minute counts.
Shorter, more intense sessions are fun and invigorating. When you spent 15-20 intense minutes pumping weights, your metabolic rate is stimulated more than languishing on the treadmill for 30-40 minutes while watching TV. It is more fun, stimulating and energizing and results can be magnified with a workout buddy.
Scientific experiments have proved that this is an effective strategy for weight loss:
• More Minutes. Studies have shown that females who broke down their exercise sessions to 10 minutes, 3 times a day, 5 times a week lost more weight than women who exercised for 30 minutes at a time, 5 times a week. Ironically, breaking down the exercise frequency (training more than once a day, but for shorter periods) yields more results than if you were to do the exercise all at the same time. Short, intense sessions boost metabolic rate, which stays elevated longer as compared to low intensity, long duration sessions.
• More Miles. In a University of Nebraska-Kearney study, overweight walkers who did two 15-min bouts, 5x/wk, nearly doubled their weekly mileage compared with walkers who walked 30 min, 3x/wk.
• Less Dropout. Twice as many people stuck with more, short workouts as those who stuck with fewer long ones. Interesting, considering that the short workout group put in more days (5 vs. 3) and committed more time weekly to exercise (150 min. vs. 90 min).
• More Calorie Burn. Whether you do your workouts all in one shot or break them up, you burn about the same amount of calories. The next step, is hard for anyone to predict. The calories you burn after a workout may be slightly higher if you break up your workouts.
• Better Recovery. A long, tedious, 60-90 minute workout will burn you out physically and mentally fast. Concentrating your workouts into 30-35 minutes allows your muscles to recover between workouts, and to work your body more frequently.
The Anabolic Activator Leukic: Does Leukic Really Work For Bodybuilders?
If you are a bodybuilder then you know full well the importance of maintaining a positive anabolic muscle building state in order to grow muscle mass. Many companies in the world specialize in the development and promotion of supplements that work to maintain this state for bodybuilders. Leukic, developed and promoted by MuscleTech is such a supplement and seems to be getting a lot of attention in the bodybuilding world. Leukic promises results in muscle growth far superior to the other products currently on the market. This article will look at Leukic as a bodybuilding supplement and examine its pros and cons.
Leucine-ketoisocaproic acid calcium is the chemical name for Leukic which is classified as an anabolic activator. MuscleTech claims that it is the only 100% anabolic compound available on the market. Being 100% pure, there are supposedly no androgenic or estrogenic side effects such as bloating or Gynecomastia. Gynecomastia, commonly knows as gyno is the condition where a male bodybuilder develops feminine style breasts due to increased estrogen in his system. When a bodybuilder trains, hormones are elevated that will signal the muscles to grow. The negative side to this is that elevating these muscle building hormones can also elevate other unwanted hormones such as estrogen. This may cause serious side effects that can set your training back by weeks or even months. MuscleTech claims that the anabolic supplement Leukic will induce anabolism without affecting hormone levels. The effects of Leukic are said to be immediately effective when taken before a training workout so no loading is required. This is important because many supplements require that you take the product for a specific time frame before it becomes effective. Also known as loading, this phrase means that you must allow the supplement to build up in your system before it starts to work. The manufacturers directions say to take one serving first thing when you wake up and on workout days, take one serving immediately before your workout. For extreme muscle growth, you can and may wish to take two servings a day. MuscleTech also recommends that you drink a generous amount of water when taking Leukic.
Leukic is said to stimulate your muscle growth and build permanent, dense muscle mass with ongoing training. MuscleTech claims that this is possible because Leukic will set off the anabolic signals that testosterone and other growth hormones generate without actually manipulating these and other unwanted hormones. This will induce an anabolic state without fear of the negative feedback loop which many bodybuilder experience and fear. In this supercharged anabolic state, your body has no choice but to build lean, dense muscle. In addition to putting your body in a positive anabolic state, MuscleTech claims that Leukic will also help you stay out of the muscle wasting catabolic state.
With the word anabolic popping up through this article, you may be thinking anabolic steroids and banned performance enhancing drugs. If you are a professional bodybuilder with competition in mind, then taking a banned substance is not in your best interest. With this fact in mind, I searched through the North American anti-doping list and did not find Leukic on the list. In addition to this, it is rumored that Leukic was actually designed to be a replacement for the banned substances. If this is truly the case then professional bodybuilders who compete have no reason to fear using this supplement.

The End of Time and The Golden Bridge to Infinity
My dear brothers and sisters, a stupendous event has started since April 2004, where the old Matrix which had been our Thought and Reality construct since eons is being slowly dismantled. Many of its old rigid structures and informational grids are in the process of crumbling down and are moving within very fluid and bendable systems. Its central core is being carefully transmuted and cleansed. This is of course not yet necessarily apparent to most, but it is a reality that all of you will experience in an accelerated fashion during your lifetime and the future of this and many more Creations.
The old constructs are still being witnessed but have been greatly weakened at their core of any durable strength.
The old Matrix has become but a shadow of Its former self, with its energy leaking and highly depleted. A new transmuted world is in the making for the ones that will resonate to its vibrations and purpose.
We are entering a phase of Universally Remote Influencing Life (reality) by thought alone in up-to-now unimaginable ways.
Free-will has finally been granted to all the children of the IS for good or for bad. The choice is ours. We are out of bondage, but have yet to adjust and fully comprehend. The restrictive cause-and-effect temporal and distal laws of the old Matrix are being removed. We can influence reality outside of the rigid construct of time and space as far as we can possibly imagine. You are all free, by a decision of the One, but with this freedom comes great responsibilities both on an individual and a group level.
And I need to explain:
Our external reality is by now a highly faithful mirror of our thoughts/being. This is why our world and our leaders are but accurate reflections of whom we have become as a group consciousness.
We need to rejoin the feeling and notion of all being brothers and sisters again: All Children of the One – all precious and Holy Divine Beings. We need to search and unite around the points of commonality which we all carry, and to not ever focus again on what differentiates us. We need to only listen to messages and voices that glorify the unity of all, mankind, nature and Source alike, and should shun voices and messages that emphasize differentiation, separation, and elitism of any sort. We need to become One family again: The Human Family united within and without in the spirit of the Oneness of the One. We need to open our Heart to Infinite Un-conditional Love: The Glue of the Universal Creator.
In the next upcoming months and years everyone will be able to transmute energy within and without by thought alone. Each one will be able to transcend from Bad/Inner darkness to Good/Inner Light, engage in the reverse process, or remain static. Love will be the key to this alchemical operation of transmuting mercurial base tendencies and poisonous thought/behavior processes into Glorious precious and Divine Golden Inner Light. No one is to be judged by his/her prior actions. Everyone is given the opportunity now to be the sole judge and powerful co-creator of his/her own reality as to where he/she wants to operate in the next upcoming phase of Creation.
