You need to find out when and where the tax sale is held and obtain a list of properties that are in the sale. For most areas this step will be easy, you just need to know where to go and who to contact to get this information. Sometimes you will have to pay for it and sometimes you will be able to get it free of charge.

Each state is a little different in regard to how the tax sales are conducted and who is responsible for them. In some states you’ll have to contact the county tax collector, in others it could be the county treasurer, or the county sheriff, or there could be a separate county office just for this purpose. I recommend that you first contact the county tax collector, or whoever is responsible for the tax sale and ask for the tax sale information. Ask for a list of tax sale properties. Usually you can get this list for free and sometimes it may eve be available online.

All tax sale lists are not created equal. Some lists will have all the information that you need to do your due diligence (the next step in the process of building your profitable tax lien portfolio) and some will only list the tax number, block and lot, owner of record, and amount due for each property in the sale. The physical address of the property may not be included. If that is the case, you have two choices, you can buy a detailed tax sale list that includes all of the information that you need, or you can look the information up yourself, which can be a very tedious process.

Very large detailed tax sale lists can be quite expensive, even a few hundred dollars, so if there are a lot of properties in the tax sale you would be better off to limit the amount of properties that you are interested in and look up the information that you need yourself. You can limit yourself to a particular area, or to only certain types of properties to make the next step in the process a little easier. If the list is not that large and costly, you may want to buy the tax sale list from a tax sale list provider. It will save you lots of time in doing your due diligence.

What Are You Tolerating?

“I will not tolerate that behavior anymore.” I remember my mother saying that to me more than once during my formative years. This was not a suggestion. She meant to do something about it had I not gotten the message. What the behavior was is not important to me now. It’s the concept of tolerating.

The mastermind group I belong to shares resources. Since we formed in December to begin around the first of the new year we had time to exchange goal setting forms as well as other tools that are helpful in general. The one that caught my eye first was titled, “What Are You Tolerating?” The page was separated into two columns, each column with numbered lines. I was staring at two pages worth, one hundred possible items one might be tolerating. “Wow, that’s an awful lot of tolerating” I thought. Then I started to fill in what came easily to my mind. I got to 32 without blinking an eye. And that was what came up easily.

Maybe I should describe the concept and why it might be important to take stock of tolerations.

When my mother said she would no longer tolerate my behavior her goal was to let me know that something I was doing no longer worked for her. She was probably, in her infinite wisdom and glory, hoping to correct a behavior that was not going to work for me either outside of adolescence. She had clearly had enough and took action to be free of what could likely be looked at as, annoying the s*** out of her.

Tolerations are things we suffer, work around, try to ignore and put up with for a time.

Can you think of something right now that provokes mother’s phrase in your life? If it’s the behavior of someone close to you or a work colleague you may have to carefully craft what to say and when and how to say it. Sometimes the hard truth is that a person needs to get pink slipped out our lives. If you feel it’s too hard to talk with said annoyer, ask yourself this question. What is the cost to your psyche and that relationship when you stuff what you feel ?

If we are talking something simple, however, like the lock on your door is loose and so getting the lock open is a jiggling and wiggling marathon to get the key positioned right-that’s a toleration with an easier fix. One you can probably eliminate with a call to a locksmith. (If you’ve got a handy hubby or sig other, you will tolerate it til they get around to the honey do list.) This is a good time to mention that tolerance is a different concept and welcome in a world where the many variations on a theme of being human live side by side.

Here’s a “for instance” of a former toleration. A couple of years ago I had to replace a wallet I loved. My wallet lover was expensive, Italian, perfectly broken in and a rich brown in color. In fact it was too broken in and cards and money were forever falling out. My search for a suitable replacement ended in frustration and an “ok for now” choice. Well “for now” lasted 2+ years and every time I looked at my red, perfectly ok choice, which was in fact fatter than I liked my wallets, I had a slight sense of annoyance. After doing my toleration sheet I decided to dig out a gift certificate to Coach leather and do some wallet shopping. My new black, thin, chic wallet makes me happy. I feel like myself again. The moral of this story is something doesn’t have to be falling apart before you move on from it. It just has to no longer be a fit.

Influencing Others With Your Energy Force

You can make those that you come in contact with feel as you do, because you radiate vibrations of the way you feel and your vibrations are felt by others. When you concentrate on a certain thing you turn all the rays of your vibrations on this. Thought is the directing power of all Life’s vibrations. Cultivate the art of feeling, for you can only make others feel what you feel. Hold only those mental states, which you wish other to take on.

A persuader is a transferor of emotion. Emotion is power, you’ve got to have it within yourself before you can give it to somebody else. You can’t transfer that which you are not experiencing. You have to have confidence because you are capable of doing something, not because you have already done it. If confidence comes from having already done something, you probably wouldn’t even get started. You have to act as if you are already what you want to become.

It is the mind that moves energy. Will is the ruling faculty of mind. You move the energy by willing it. The will is feeling force. As you feel so energy moves. You exert your energy outwards by feeling it move from you. Feeling is energy force, energy field and force field. Energy is matter and matter is energy. You can literally affect reality on every level with feeling force or energy force. You can summon up energy and shape it with the will. Your feeling affect everybody else’s etheric-physical reality. This feeling or energy force is your personal magnetism. You must be able to control energy with the will in both ways. You must be able to stop the flow of energy when it is too much and you must be able to summon up energy when you need it.

People in positions of power walk with a certain space around them. The greater their power, the greater the space they have. The effect of how people move around you depends on the nature of your energy force. Whether it is weak or strong, erratic or stable. Whether you are exerting it or not.

Walk with the mentality of being a prince or someone who is powerful and you will exert your personal magnetism outwards, which creates a space around you that people will stay clear off for you to move it. You can move round like a prince or royalty. Your energy force will affect other people’s subconscious minds and influence the reality matrix continuum to create reality in which people move in such a way as to make space for you when you walk. The force will also direct you to move in such a way that is optimal for you to navigate freely and fluidly without much effort. With this power, you can literally control reality around you. This force of making things go your way can be used in situations other than walking in public.

You will soon become conscious of the flow of nerve-force from you, into the field of your personal atmosphere or aura, to a distance of several feet on all sides of you. You will become aware of the effect of your physical magnetism upon others who come in contact with you. You will be able to perceive the reaction and response to your strong magnetic influence on them. They will, unconsciously, let you know that they feel the power of your presence, and acknowledge your strength.

How to Become an Ideal Leader

When you are at work, do you get frustrated because things don’t seem to be happening the way they’re supposed to be? You see people milling around but nothing gets accomplished. Contrary to what most people believe, leadership is not about power. It is not about harassing people or driving them using fear. It is about encouraging others towards the goal of the organization. It is putting everyone on the same page and helping them see the big picture of the organization. You must be a leader not a boss.

First of all, you have to get people to follow you. How is this accomplished?

People follow others when they see a clear sense of purpose. People will only follow you if they see that you know where you are going. Remember that bumper sticker? The one that says, don’t follow me, I’m lost too? The same holds true for leadership. If you yourself do not know where you’re headed to, chances are people will not follow you at all.

You yourself must know the vision of the organization. Having a clear sense of hierarchy, knowing who the bosses are, who to talk to, the organization’s goals and objectives, and how the organization works is the only way to show others you know what you are doing.

Being a leader is not about what you make others do. It’s about who you are, what you know, and what you do. You are a reflection of what you’re subordinates must be.

Studies have shown that one other basis of good leadership is the trust and confidence your subordinates have of you. If they trust you they will go through hell and high water for you and for the organization.

Trust and confidence is built on good relationships, trustworthiness, and high ethics.

The way you deal with your people, and the relationships you build will lay the foundation for the strength of your group. The stronger your relationship, the stronger their trust and confidence is in your capabilities.

Fluid Reality Allows Change Of Past And Future

When you are not aware of something that no other humans are aware of either, then that portion of your environment becomes fluid, much like an unobserved particle becomes a wave function, an enfolded hologram. When no one else in the world was thinking about something then it is in a wave state including all possibilities. But the moment anyone focuses their attention on it, the thing reverts to a non-wave state.

When it comes to the fluid nature of elements in one’s own reality, it is not enough to merely close one’s eyes, but actually disengage one’s freewill from it by entirely forgetting about that element. This frees it up for influence by other forces. This is why after you set an intention, you have to undergo a period of temporary forgetting, to let it go out of the conscious mind and allow the subconscious to take over its manifestation. To be detached and letting God make it happen. Set it and forget about it.

Thus, the less aware and alert you are, the more malleable or fluid your reality is to other beings who wish to change it without violating your freewill. Having awareness of something locks it down, then only alterable by direct physical action, or only by metaphysical action on the part of beings with more freewill than you who wisely override your lockdown of that element of reality to ensure your learning lessons flow in smooth sequence.

Therefore, fluidity of your reality is not necessarily detrimental, for most of reality creation requires such fluidity before reality can be reshuffled into what you demand or request. The trick is in becoming aware of all possible changes so that you will lock them down to prevent influence from lower negative forces, and then stating your request specifically and honestly, which opens up one of those possibilities to fluidity. If your request is specific enough, lower negative forces cannot take advantage of that fluidity because it only flows in a direction that is as you specified, without loopholes or opportunity for negative twisting.

The reason behind surprising synchronicities is that synchronicities in general happen most easily when that aspect of reality is fluid. It is fluid because you are unaware of it, which in turn leads to its surprising nature when the requested change materializes. If you make a request, then keep expecting it to materialize, never allowing that possibility to become fluid due to your constant obsessing and lack of faith whether it happens or not, if your request is indeed to be fulfilled, it must happen through elements of your reality that are still fluid, not locked down by your constant expecting, and thus consist of elements you are not aware of, which will seem surprising when they create a given synchronicity.

This leads to the core issue of how reality works and how synchronicities happen. What we know to be physical reality is nothing but a shared dream maintained by the collective consciousness of all who participate in this reality. The collective consciousness is bound via a central coordinating mechanism that may be called the Grand Matrix of physicality. Within this physical universe exist minor matrices, including that overlaying the earth, known as the earth grid. This is a local mechanism interfacing with the collective consciousness of humanity to maintain reality on earth as we know it. Like Einstein said, reality is illusion, albeit a persistent one. Its persistence makes it objective for all practical purposes, but its illusory nature makes it malleable enough to be influenced by our thoughts, feelings, and beliefs.

How you handle failure determines your levels of success and happiness in life.

They’d rather remain miserable and in a rut than risk trying something new.

Perfect People in Perfect Unity

“The qualities, actions, and conduct of a true Sheikh will be that of God. He will not do his work for money, hunger, house or wealth. His wealth, his health, his life and his nourishment are God. The search for God will be his only quest. How does this Sheikh, this man of wisdom, attain his connection to God? He establishes complete faith in God. His faith is unwavering with no doubt or suspicion. It is firm, unshakable, iman-faith. Through this faith, he feeds on God’s qualities. He imbibes God’s actions, conduct, demeanor, and virtues, thus disappearing and dying in God. Through this death he attains wellness. How does this happen? As soon as he disappears, God transforms his qualities and give him wellness through divine qualities. Karma, arrogance, selfishness, pride, and jealousy are transformed into God’s qualities. He is given that wellness.

He will acquire God’s love, His virtues, His patience, His forbearance, His equanimity, and His three thousand gracious qualities. He adopts God’s attributes that are manifest as ninety-nine qualities in action (wilayats). Because his is surrendered to God and merges with Him, he attains these qualities.

Just as the tree transformed the air, God transforms the Sheikh and liberates his soul. He receives that wellness. In his qualities and wisdom, God’s beauty and fragrance will be present. Just as fragrance permeates a flower, God permeates his inner heart. The Sheikh merges into God’s beauty, and God’s beauty merges into the beautiful inner heart of the Sheikh, like a fragrance. The two exist as the fragrance and the flower.

A Sheikh will have this manner of faith.

He will merge with God and attain

this wellness, this beauty, and this fragrance.

If you arrive at that state,

have the same belief, certainty, and determination,

have the same doubt-free intentions,

have the faith that does not say

one thing on the outside and another on the inside,

and intermingle with the Sheikh

as the fish intermingles with water,

then the Sheikh will wash and cleanse your dirt

with waver after wave of wisdom.

He will transform your qualities

He will change your karma,

your actions, and your thoughts

and give you the wellness he received from God.

He will take your airs,

lay open and purify them with wisdom,

wash them with love,

and cleanse them with patience and inner patience,

giving you strength and peaceful wisdoms.

This will give you wellness and happiness.

It will transform your blackened air,

change your karmic air,

and change your arrogance, karma and maya,

giving you beauty and qualities

that bring forth peace, freedom, and soul-liberation.

It will grant you the state

wherein you liberate your soul and live.

When you associate with a Sheikh, this state should be entrenched in you. You should surrender to him with iman—absolute faith, certitude, and determination. This faith is surrender. Establish certitude with the wisdom and strength of this faith, and when you attain this state, you can receive the benefits. Only then can there be change.

There are different kinds of trees; some make you well and others make you ill. If you stand beside a tamarind tree or a wood-apple tree, they could make you sick. They contain the five elements, sourness, and certain kinds of air that can change your health.

My precious jeweled lights of my eyes, what is the connection with a Sheikh? He is one who will obtain the liberation of the soul for you. He will make it sound and give it to you. He will safeguard the indestructible treasure of the soul which does not perish in this world or the next, and keep it from being tarnished.

In his body of five elements,

there are four hundred trillion, ten thousand

kinds of miraculous powers and tricks of maya

that cause change.

The Sheikh dispels these turbulent winds.

He has the breeze that will subdue all desires.

He has God’s air of grace,

this grace-wisdom, this rare treasure.

In order to receive this treasure,

no matter how big you are in the world,

you have to be a babe-in-arms with him.

When you join a Sheikh who is a perfected man (insan-kamil), you must be a baby to his qualities. No matter how much you may have studied, whether you rule the world, whether you are a king, whether you are a rich man or a poor man, or whether you are a ruler or a slave—you must be a babe-in-arms to the Sheikh. Only then will he embrace you to his chest.

When you come to him, come as a tiny baby. If you are a baby, he will pick you up on all four sides. He will carry you on his shoulder, embrace you to his chest, wrap you around his neck, or carry you on his head. He will carry you in one way or another. Even if he has to tie you on his back, he will carry you.

But if you come to him as a great king, like a big mountain, he will unburden himself and move on. Why? He will not carry you, because you are too heavy. You must first understand the meaning of belief, resolute faith, determination, and certitude. Then, unloosen and discard all your prior learning and intentions. If you want to follow a Sheikh, you must become a babe-in-arms with unconditional iman. You should not harbor any doubt or suspicion. You should not hold on to anything else. If you do, he will move on, saying. “That’s fine, play with it.” Having tried his very best, he will then leave you and move on.
